Milestones

2001: Svijet zaposlenih begins as a network and resource for Croatian workers. Regular meetings and a series of guest speakers gather younger professionals from Zagreb to discuss the professional, ethical, and spiritual issues they face in the workplace. Nolan and Sandra Sharp begin working full time to lead SZ.

2005: SZ cofounds Poslovni krug ("Business Circle"), a cooperation between various Croatian udrugas which desire to bring new, helpful business programs to Croatia. First team from LifeQuality International leads business seminars in Zagreb. First affiliation with Europartners.

2006: SZ hosts a team of Members of Parliament and business leaders from the Canadian Christian Embassy. Fall business project includes seminars in Zagreb, Cakovec, and Zadar.

2007: The team expands with the addition of Domagoj Malovic as Secretary. Fall business project with Life Quality expands to Pula, Vodice, and Sisak. Domagoj Malovic becomes Croatian coordinator for Europartners and the general coordinator for Poslovni krug.

2008: Visit of Apollo 16 Astronaut Charles M. Duke, the 10th man to walk on the moon. Thursday morning business breakfast gatherings begin. Begins partnership with Crown Financial Ministries.
